Registration Options
Full Event and Full Student Registration
Includes: all educational sessions, the expo, the opening and closing keynotes, a copy of opening keynote speaker Chip Heath’s book, Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die, the welcome reception, networking breaks on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday and Friday, IFMA's Awards of Excellence Banquet and a copy of the proceedings. In order to attend at Member rates, you must be a member in good standing of IFMA or a partnering organization and have paid your annual dues by the time of registration. To qualify for Full Student registration rates, you must be enrolled in a full-time program. Proof of enrollment may be requested.
Young Professional* Registration

*A Young Professional IFMA Member is a first-time IFMA member who is under the age of 30 or a first-time or current IFMA member who graduated from an accredited university or college within the last 12 months at the time of application or membership reclassification/renewal.
Member Applicant* Registration
Includes: all educational sessions, the expo, the opening and closing keynotes, a copy of opening keynote speaker Chip Heath’s book, Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die, the welcome reception, networking breaks on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday and Friday, IFMA's Awards of Excellence Banquet and a copy of the proceedings. The registration fee includes: World Workplace fees, base IFMA membership and local chapter dues. Membership includes electronic delivery of IFMA products and services, with the option to join a council and/or receive hard-copy materials for an additional cost. An IFMA membership form will be sent with the registration confirmation and must be completed and returned to IFMA in order for the membership to be processed. All membership applications are subject to approval.
*A Member Applicant is a nonmember who wants to join IFMA and register for the conference.
Corporate Discount
Groups of 10 or more from the same company* will receive the tenth full registration free. The total price deduction (and tenth registration category) is dependent upon the majority of registration options selected—for example: if a group of 10 largely consists of members, then the free registration will be Full Event Member ($745 subtracted from the group total); if a group of 10 includes predominantly nonmembers, then the free registration will be that of a Full Event Nonmember ($945 subtracted from the group total). One-day Registration* (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
Includes: educational sessions for the day, the expo, keynote addresses, networking break and meal functions for that day only. Wednesday One-Day registration includes a copy of opening keynote speaker Chip Heath’s book, Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die, and the welcome reception. Friday One-day registration does not include the IFMA Awards of Excellence Banquet. One-day registrants do not receive conference proceedings.
*One-day registrants may attend Wednesday only, Thursday only or Friday only.
Guest Registration*
Includes: opening keynote address, a copy of opening keynote speaker Chip Heath’s book, Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die, the Friday morning keynote address, networking breaks, the expo, lunch, the welcome reception and the IFMA Awards of Excellence Banquet. Guest registrants do not receive a copy of the proceedings.
*Guest registrants must be accompanied by a registered Full Event attendee. A guest is a spouse or significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the Guest registration category. Children under 18 years of age must have written permission from Show Management to register and to enter the Expo during official show hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
